In 1986 I had my own home for sale in Newport Beach California and I was so disappointed with the whole transaction. With my marketing and sales background I thought that this was the career fr me! It is my mission to provide the maximum in service for all my clients whether it be someone looking for their first rental or the high end buyer looking for their dream home. Currently I have earned RE/MAX's Platinum Award and Orange Coast Magazine's Five Star Realtor award
Irvine is heralded as the Safest City in the Nation with a population over 250,000 by Money Magazine and one of the 10 best cities to live in the country. The Irvine Unified School District is recognized as one of the finest in the country and 90 % of its students go on to higher education. Irvine is the home of The University of Irvine's Orange County campus, one of the most respected universities in the world.

The city is divided into Villages and Woodbridge is the most central and the largest. It offers homeowners 1700 acres of magnificently landscaped common areas, bike and running trails that lead to Newport Beach, 22 pools, 16 parks including the Big Wheel Park and the newest Splash Park, 2 lakeside tennis clubs with 24 courts, 2 beautiful lakes with fishing, boating, BBQ grills, sand beaches and 2 beach club swimming lagoons with water slides. Woodbridge is heralded and studied in urban planning textbooks.
